Skillet Honey-Lime Chicken

Instructions
- Whisk together a small amount of chicken broth with cornstarch in a bowl, then add the remaining broth, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and soy sauce.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the honey lime sauce to the skillet and cook until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and garnish with green onions before serving.
