Biscoff Pretzel Bites

The assembly

pretzels

white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Beat the Biscoff Spread and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls and sandwich between two pretzels.
- Freeze the pretzel sandwiches for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and dip half of each pretzel sandwich into it.
- Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired and return to the freezer until the chocolate sets.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.
