Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup creamy Biscoff Spread
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

The assembly

  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • to taste sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Beat the Biscoff Spread and butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls and sandwich between two pretzels.
  4. Freeze the pretzel sandwiches for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip half of each pretzel sandwich into it.
  6. Sprinkle with sprinkles if desired and return to the freezer until the chocolate sets.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
