Air Fryer Falafel

Instructions
- Soak the chickpeas in water with baking soda for 24 hours.
- Drain and blend the soaked chickpeas with herbs, onion, garlic, and spices until finely ground.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Add baking powder and sesame seeds to the mixture and stir.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly brush the patties with olive oil.
- Air fry the patties for 5 minutes on one side, check for color, then flip and cook until golden brown.
