Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, salt, brown sugar, espresso powder (if using), and chocolate drink.
- Place a 9-inch cast iron skillet in the oven to heat.
- Blend eggs, milk, and vanilla in a blender until combined.
- Add the flour mixture to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Melt butter in the hot skillet, tilting to coat the bottom.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and bake for 20-24 minutes until puffed.
- Serve immediately with fresh berries, powdered sugar, and syrup if desired.
