Instructions
- Pulse the peanuts in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- Add the dates, peanut butter, and vanilla, then pulse again to form a sticky dough.
- If the mixture is too sticky, add water gradually until it reaches the right consistency.
- Roll small pieces of dough into balls and place them on a lined plate or cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate the balls until ready to dip in chocolate.
- Melt the chocolate slowly and dip each ball into it, letting excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the chocolate-dipped balls on wax paper to set, refrigerating if necessary.
