Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Balls

Instructions
- Blend cashews in a food processor until very fine, but not long enough to turn into nut butter.
- Add peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, and vanilla to the cashews.
- Blend the mixture until a ball forms, which usually takes around 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
- Roll the mixture into balls and store them in the fridge or freezer.
