Ingredients

  • cup raw, unsalted cashews
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour (or oat flour)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips/pieces

Instructions

  1. Blend cashews in a food processor until very fine, but not long enough to turn into nut butter.
  2. Add peanut butter, maple syrup, almond flour, and vanilla to the cashews.
  3. Blend the mixture until a ball forms, which usually takes around 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
  5. Roll the mixture into balls and store them in the fridge or freezer.
