Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the onions and mushrooms in avocado oil for 7-10 minutes until lightly browned.
- Cook the green beans in the microwave or on the stove until crisp-tender, then drain.
- Combine the cooked green beans, mushroom/onion mixture, and cream of mushroom soup in a casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix almond flour and dried minced onions, then stir in avocado oil until crumbly.
- Crumble the topping over the casserole.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until the topping is golden.
