Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter an 8x8 casserole dish.
- Cook the green beans to your liking, then mix them with chopped bacon in a large bowl.
- Mince the onion, garlic, and parsley, and zest the lemon.
- In a skillet, heat bacon drippings and sauté the onion until translucent, then add garlic and sauté until soft.
- Reduce heat and add parsley, lemon zest, and wine, cooking until the alcohol evaporates.
- Add cream cheese and gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth, then add cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the sauce with the green beans and bacon, then pour into the prepared dish.
- Mix crushed pork rinds with garlic, salt, and olive oil, then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly.
