Instructions
- Combine black beans, corn, tomato, onion, scallion, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir in olive oil.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Add avocado just before serving.
