Ingredients

The scallops

Instructions

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic.
  4. Add the scallops to the skillet and cook until the garlic is light brown.
  5. Pour the Honey Sriracha Sauce into the skillet, turn the scallops to ensure they cook through, and reduce the sauce until thicker.
  6. Top with chopped parsley, remove from heat, and serve immediately.
