Instructions
- Rinse and dry the scallops, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Mix honey, water, apple cider vinegar, cayenne pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the scallops until browned, then set aside.
- Clean the skillet, return it to medium heat, and melt the butter until it foams and turns golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until brown.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture into the skillet and let it thicken.
- Return the scallops to the skillet, turn off the heat, and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
