  • 2 8 ounce unagi fillets
  • ΒΌ cup unagi sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F (200C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes before cooling.
  3. Remove the unagi fillets from packaging, pat dry, and place on the foil-lined baking sheet.
  4. Broil the unagi for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Let the unagi cool for 2 minutes, then brush with eel sauce and serve warm with side dishes.
