Instructions
- 1. Melt vegan butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until golden.
- 2. Gradually add flour, whisking continuously to prevent clumping, and cook until lightly browned.
- 3. Slowly pour in soy milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
- 4. Add salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast, then bring to medium-high heat until bubbling.
- 5. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce thickens, whisking occasionally.
- 6. Stir in lemon juice, taste for seasoning, and serve with pasta.
