Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cheese in a food processor.
- Pulse in olive oil and egg until well mixed.
- Divide the dough into two pieces.
- Roll one piece of dough between two sheets of parchment paper to ¼-inch thickness.
- Remove the top layer of parchment paper and cut out shapes using a goldfish cookie cutter.
- Transfer the cutouts to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll out the leftover dough and refrigerate; repeat with the second piece of dough.
- Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes.
- Serve the crackers.
