Ingredients

The base

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Biscoff Spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

The mix-ins

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • cup chopped Biscoff Cookies
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, and Biscoff Spread over medium-low heat until bubbling, then cook for 2 minutes while stirring.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in oats, crispy rice cereal, and chopped Biscoff Cookies until well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
