Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick spray.
- 2. Melt the Biscoff Spread and coconut oil in the microwave until smooth and combined.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the melted mixture with honey (or maple syrup), egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- 4. Stir in the oats, brown sugar, and salt until mixed thoroughly, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and press it down evenly.
- 6. Bake for 21-24 minutes until set and the edges are lightly browned.
- 7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
