The Coleslaw

9-ounce bag
coleslaw mix

mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

garlic powder

salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Cut the beef roast into 3 chunks and sear in a skillet with oil until browned.
- Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker over the onions.
- Mix the BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the beef.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours until the beef is tender.
- Shred the beef with forks and mix with the sauce and onions.
- For the coleslaw, combine the coleslaw mix with the dressing ingredients and toss well.
