The Tacos

Flour Tortillas or 8 Corn Tortillas, warmed

Avocado, sliced or diced
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using an outdoor grill.
- Rinse and dry the shrimp, then toss with olive oil and seasonings, and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Mash half of the avocado and mix with lime zest, juice, seasonings, sour cream, and mayonnaise to make the slaw.
- Add shredded cabbage, red onion, and cilantro to the slaw mixture, season, and refrigerate.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan and grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Slice the remaining avocado and assemble the tacos with slaw, avocado slices, and grilled shrimp.
