Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by combining all vinaigrette ingredients in a food processor and pulse until cranberries are pureed.
- Transfer the dressing to a jar, cover, and chill until ready to use.
- Layer the salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Drizzle the desired amount of dressing over the salad or serve it on the side.
- Serve immediately.
