Instructions
- Blend olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, diced shallot, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Melt butter with brown sugar in a skillet over medium heat, then add walnuts and cook until caramelized.
- Layer lettuce and pears in a bowl, toss with dressing, and top with parmesan, cranberries, and candied walnuts.
