Ingredients

  • 6 pieces carrots
  • 2 pieces apples
  • 2 pieces potatoes
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 cup cream milk
  • 5 cups vegetable broth
  • to taste basil

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots, potatoes, and apples, then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onion and sauté it in oil in a casserole dish.
  3. Add the carrots, potatoes, apples, curry, and vegetable broth to the pot.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 40 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with basil before serving hot.
