Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning, then season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
- Prepare the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing seeds and ribs.
- Stuff each pepper with layers of meat sauce, ricotta, and mozzarella, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and browned.
