Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bake the halved and seeded peppers for 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, season the ground beef with salt and pepper and brown it.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until the meat is browned and liquid evaporates.
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth, then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mix in cream cheese and ¼ cup of cheddar cheese.
- Fill each pepper with the meat mixture, using about ¼ cup per pepper.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and broil for 3-5 minutes until melted and golden.
