Vanilla Wafer Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Pulse the vanilla wafers in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in half of the crushed vanilla wafers.
- Add the milk and mix until combined.
- Add the remaining crushed vanilla wafers and mix just to combine.
- Fold in the vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a cake stand to cool completely.
