Breakfast Pizza with Hash Brown Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the hash brown mixture on the baking sheet to form a large oval about ¼-½ inch thick, creating a wall with the edges.
- Bake the crust for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the whisked eggs, diced ham, ½ cup of shredded cheese, and black pepper.
- Once the crust is done, pour the egg mixture onto it.
- Return the pizza to the oven for 10 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add green onion slices and cracked black pepper, and let it set for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
