Ingredients

The Crust

  • 5 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

The Topping

  • 5 large eggs, whisked
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 pieces green onions, sliced thinly

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients and mix well.
  3. Spread the hash brown mixture on the baking sheet to form a large oval about ¼-½ inch thick, creating a wall with the edges.
  4. Bake the crust for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix the whisked eggs, diced ham, ½ cup of shredded cheese, and black pepper.
  6. Once the crust is done, pour the egg mixture onto it.
  7. Return the pizza to the oven for 10 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven, add green onion slices and cracked black pepper, and let it set for 2-3 minutes before slicing.
