Ingredients

  • 3 whole Avocados
  • 2 whole Roma Tomatoes
  • ½ whole Red Onion
  • ½ whole English Cucumber
  • ½ bunch Italian Parsley
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic, mashed
  • to taste Sea Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • for serving Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables: avocado, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and parsley, then add to a large bowl.
  2. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the bowl with the vegetables.
  3. Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, sea salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
  4. For a creamier texture, gently mash the ingredients together.
  5. Serve the dip with tortilla chips and enjoy. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
