Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables: avocado, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and parsley, then add to a large bowl.
- Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the bowl with the vegetables.
- Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, sea salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix well.
- For a creamier texture, gently mash the ingredients together.
