Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- Add the onion and garlic to the slow cooker with all other ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours until lentils are tender.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
