Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat, then cover and refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.
- Remove shrimp from the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add shrimp and marinade, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Squeeze lime juice from wedges into the shrimp and stir.
- Serve immediately on warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
