The marinade

Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a cast iron skillet and add olive oil.
- Sauté the garlic briefly before adding the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp until slightly charred.
- Drizzle in the tequila and toss the skillet a few times.
- Add lime juice and stir to combine.
- Turn off the heat and add cilantro.
- Serve with Mexican rice or in warm tortillas.
