Margarita Shrimp Skewers

Instructions
- Soak the bamboo skewers in cold water for about 20 minutes and set aside.
- Whisk together lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, tequila, garlic, cilantro, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Place the peeled shrimp in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the shrimp, shaking to combine.
- Allow the shrimp to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and lightly spray it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the bamboo skewers and discard the marinade.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve and enjoy!
