Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a jelly roll pan with foil or parchment.
- Place the popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with the corn syrup.
- Add the sugar and jello to the saucepan and stir to combine.
- Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and mix immediately to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated popcorn onto the prepared pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before breaking into pieces.
