Ingredients

  • ¼ lb. Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • tsp. Seasoned Salt
  • tsp. Dried Sage
  • ¼ tsp. freshly cracked Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp. Hot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and stir in the flour, one tablespoon at a time, until absorbed.
  3. Gradually add the milk, about ¼ cup at a time, stirring until thickened before adding more.
  4. Add the seasoned salt, dried sage, black pepper, and hot sauce, stirring until combined.
  5. If needed, simmer on low until the gravy reaches your desired thickness.
  6. Serve the gravy over hot biscuits and enjoy.
