Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in the flour, one tablespoon at a time, until absorbed.
- Gradually add the milk, about ¼ cup at a time, stirring until thickened before adding more.
- Add the seasoned salt, dried sage, black pepper, and hot sauce, stirring until combined.
- If needed, simmer on low until the gravy reaches your desired thickness.
- Serve the gravy over hot biscuits and enjoy.
