Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over high heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add white beans, chickpeas, salsa verde, vegetable broth, cumin, chili powder, oregano, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Simmer the chili on low for about 15-20 minutes.
- Ladle the chili into bowls and serve warm, garnished with your choice of toppings.
