Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and combine them with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the focaccia and toast the slices for about 3 minutes, then rub with garlic.
- In a pot, combine the balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until thickened.
- Top the toasted bread with the tomato mixture and drizzle with the balsamic glaze. Garnish with herbs and serve.
