Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (175°C).
- Soften the tortillas by covering them with a damp paper towel and microwaving for 1 minute.
- Spread 1¼ tablespoons of pizza sauce in the middle of each tortilla.
- Add ¼ cup of spinach over the pizza sauce.
- Drizzle 1½ tablespoons of Alfredo sauce over the spinach.
- Place ¼ cup of sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover with ¼ cup of dairy-free shredded cheese.
- Divide the vegan sausage evenly among the tortillas.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then fold the bottom over the filling and roll tightly into a burrito.
- Place the burritos seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crisp and the edges are beginning to brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
