Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit with baking stones inside for about 12 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped cooked sausage (or veggies) on top of the rice tortilla.
- Add two eggs and an additional yolk if desired on top of the sausage.
- Sprinkle a few pinches of dairy-free cheese over the eggs.
- Carefully pull the oven rack forward and slide the breakfast pizzas onto the heated stones.
- Bake for about 7 minutes.
- Top with fresh sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with Herbamare before serving.
