Ingredients

The crust

  • 16 ounces Pizza Dough

The gravy

  • ¼ cup Vegan Butter
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • cup Plain Unsweetened Plant Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper

The toppings

  • 2 cups Frozen Small Diced Potatoes or Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
  • 7 – 8 ounces Vegan Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 ⅓ cups Vegan Egg Batter
  • 8 ounces Vegan Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • a handful Sliced Green Onion or Fresh Chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a pizza pan.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface or directly on the pan.
  3. Melt the vegan butter in a saucepan, whisk in the flour, and cook for a couple of minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the plant milk and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the gravy over the pizza dough, then layer the frozen potatoes, vegan sausage, vegan egg batter, and vegan cheese.
  6. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, then garnish with green onions or chives before serving.
