Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a pizza pan.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface or directly on the pan.
- Melt the vegan butter in a saucepan, whisk in the flour, and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the plant milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the gravy over the pizza dough, then layer the frozen potatoes, vegan sausage, vegan egg batter, and vegan cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, then garnish with green onions or chives before serving.
