Roasted Delicata Squash

Delicata squash, washed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Cut each half into ½-inch thick half-moon slices.
- Drizzle the squash slices with olive oil and stir to coat.
- Place the slices on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon or desired seasonings.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each slice and season again.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.
