Easy Winter Fresh Fruit Salad

The fruit

mandarin oranges, drained, or fresh mandarin/navel orange segments

pomegranate seeds
The dressing

honey

orange juice

cinnamon
Instructions
- Place the fruit in a serving bowl, tossing pears with lemon juice if used.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the fruit, then toss to combine.
- The fruit salad can be made a couple of hours ahead, but note that colors may seep into each other.
