Instructions
- Combine the flour and spices in a small dish to create a Cajun spice mix.
- Place the chicken pieces in a zip-seal bag with the spice mix, seal, and shake to coat the chicken.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary, and stir to coat in oil.
- Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow browning.
- Once cooked through and browned, remove from heat and serve.
