Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and rub the spice blend all over the chicken.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Heat a cast iron or stainless-steel skillet over medium-high heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the chicken to the pan, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
