Instructions
- Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Brush melted butter over both sides of the chicken and coat with the seasoning mix, pressing it into the meat.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat and brush with vegetable oil.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until a dark crust forms.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving, garnished with parsley.
