Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and place liners in a muffin tin.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and sugar in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed; do not overmix.
- Fold in the mixed berries.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a tester comes out clean.
