Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with liners and cooking spray.
- Combine melted butter, oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix oil, brown sugar, and eggs until fluffy, then add vanilla and milk.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined, then fold in the berries.
- Fill muffin wells about ¾ full with batter, top with crumble mixture, and lightly press down.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until set, then cool slightly before removing from the tin.
