Instructions
- Prepare the oat crumble topping by combining oats, butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF.
- In a large bowl, mix all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed, then fold in the frozen berries gently.
- Line muffin tins with paper liners and fill each cup to the top with muffin batter.
- Sprinkle the oat crumble topping over each muffin.
- Bake in the oven, reducing the temperature to 400ºF, for 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove muffins from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
