Ingredients

The pudding

  • ¾ cup dairy free milk of choice
  • ¼ cup plain dairy free yogurt
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 powdered peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Optional toppings

  • sliced bananas
  • homemade caramel
  • chopped nuts
  • whipped cream
  • peanut butter or powdered peanut butter mixed with milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all pudding ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Whisk quickly to combine and prevent clumping.
  3. Allow the mixture to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Top with your preferred toppings and enjoy.
