Instructions
- Chop the strawberries and banana.
- In a blender, combine water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ⅓ cup of strawberries, and ⅓ cup of bananas.
- Blend the ingredients until well combined, leaving some small fruit pieces.
- Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and slowly whisk in the chia seeds.
- Stir the mixture every few minutes for the next ten minutes to prevent clumping, then refrigerate.
- After a few hours of chilling, divide the pudding into 4 bowls or jars and garnish with the remaining strawberries and bananas.
