Creamy Strawberry Chia Pudding

Instructions
- Blend sliced strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla, and optional almond butter until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, add chia seeds, and whisk until combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes to thicken, then whisk again to remove clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or other toppings as desired.
