  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend fresh strawberries, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla bean paste until smooth.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the blended mixture with chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve and optionally top with fresh fruit, honey, or cacao nibs.
