Instructions
- 1. Mash the bananas in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- 2. Add the coconut milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to the processor and blend until smooth.
- 3. Taste the mixture and add maple syrup if needed, adjusting sweetness to your preference.
- 4. Place chia seeds in a medium bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over them, whisking to combine.
- 5. Allow the pudding to thicken in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
